Emily Greenberg is a writer, filmmaker, and artist living in San Diego, California. Her first book, Alternative Facts, was the Runner-Up for the Acacia Fiction Prize and will be published by Kallisto Gaia Press in January 2025.
Emily’s short stories and essays have appeared in the Iowa Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Witness, Chicago Quarterly Review, Big Fiction, New Stories from the Midwest, Santa Monica Review, and elsewhere. Her films and media artworks have also been shown across the country and internationally. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The Ohio State University and has taught at The Ohio State University, Columbus College of Art & Design, and University of California - San Diego.
